Terms and Conditions for Special Offer 5 hours for only £55!


PLEASE NOTE:
Terms and conditions are reciprocated between On Board Training Ltd, our franchised driving instructors and our Customers. Lessons are for new customers and manual driving lessons only.

The 5 hours must be paid for via the OBT website or via the office by debit or credit card. (5% surcharge for credit card)

Once purchased the 5 hours cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Only one Special Offer Purchase per customer and cannot be used with any other offer. (ie cannot then take block booking discount)

The 5 hours will normally be taken at the start of lessons. Should a lesson appointment need to be cancelled or re-scheduled for any reason, 3 clear days notice must be given or a loss of lesson or fee will be incurred regardless of the reason.

For the voucher, on board training agree to allocate a driving instructor to provide on-road driving lessons subject to availability and mutually agreed booking times between the learner driver and the instructor. Once purchased vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one voucher may be used per person but you may buy multiples as gifts for different recipients. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and you must book your first lesson in within this time or voucher becomes void. Vouchers are non-transferable once booked in. Vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser within 48 hours of purchase and we will get one of our instructors to contact you to get you booked in. We shall endeavour to give voucher holders an appointment as soon as possible. Be aware that in the event of snow or adverse weather it will be the driving instructor’s decision whether the lesson goes ahead on the grounds of health & safety. It is beneficial for you to get experience driving in snow, ice & adverse weather conditions with an instructor beside you rather than on your own in the future once you have passed your test. On Road driving lesson vouchers cannot be used in our under-age off road driving facilities. We reserve the right to refuse instruction to any person who may turn up for an appointment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or not in a fit state to drive. You may still be charged for the lesson time in these circumstances.
